Breakfast: oatmeal, soybean milk, steamed bread and milk are combined by themselves. The basic principle is the combination of carbohydrate and protein.
Chinese food: light and less greasy. It should be noted that soup should be eaten before meals. It is best to enrich Chinese food every day and eat until 7-8 minutes full.
Dinner: porridge, steamed bread, corn, sweet potato+vegetables and fruits will do. If you measure it, make sure you are not hungry for 5-6 minutes.
