This problem is because the DV camera we usually use is not a high-speed camera.
Therefore, when the video speed is reduced to 100%, PREMIERE PRO software has no transition frame to supplement it, so the image will jump after slow motion processing. In fact, if you look closely, it's not jumping, it's flashing, and the scenery and characters are burr, especially the VCD made after the slow motion of the lens.
The general solution is: after slow motion, right-click on the timeline to pop up the option, and select "Field Settings" in the pop-up menu. There is a "Processing Option" in the pop-up field settings. There are four options under it. Select the bottom option "Eliminate line flicker". After that, the problem was solved.
However, the above solution is only slightly better than jumping. If the camera is set to slow motion, the problem will still appear. Therefore, the specific situation still depends on the original video.
Another solution is to install a plug-in for premiere and a plug-in for speed control to set the slow motion. This method is simple and effective.
With this plug-in, the landlord has to settle down and find it.
