What are brain waves?
Brain waves are bioelectrical signals generated when brain neurons transmit signals. As long as brain cells are active, they will produce corresponding bioelectricity. These bioelectricities are connected with other brain cells through synapses of brain cells, thus forming a thinking network.
Brain wave is the best of these brain waves, and its advantages are as follows:
1. Reduce tension, stress and anxiety.
2. Improve immunity and keep healthy.
3. Improve the working efficiency of the brain
4. Improve creativity and strong learning ability.
5. Outstanding performance in public, whether in sports or other aspects.
The principle is that when alpha wave appears in our mind, the body will secrete intradermal hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone, which is beneficial to people and thus stimulates our flow state.
Scientists have proved that there are two kinds of music that can stimulate brain waves that are not easy to produce under normal circumstances:
One is Baroque Concerto, 17 or 18 century composer's music. It can make the relaxed brain waves rise by 6%, thus making the brain awake and relaxed, concentrating, keeping the mood stable and cheerful, and improving the memory. This is the key to improve the efficiency of study and work.
Here I recommend some famous composers alpha brainwave music.
