You can try.
1, Lycium barbarum soaked in water, very oily.
2. Eat breakfast and lunch as usual without dinner, or eat some fruit before 19: 00.
3. Exercise at night 1 hour or so. You can do yoga (simple and effective) or jump rope. You don't need much exercise, just sweat.
If I keep going like this, I can lose weight in 1 month, and that's how I reduced it from 135 to 100.
