2. People who come (return) to Shenyang in the city or municipality directly under the Central Government where the high-risk area is located: they should report to their communities (villages) and work units on their own initiative, conduct 1 nucleic acid testing at nearby nucleic acid sampling points as soon as possible, and conduct 14-day health monitoring as required; Personal protection should be done in the process of nucleic acid sampling, avoiding taking public transportation such as subway and bus, keeping a distance of one meter, and telling the life history truthfully.

3. People who come (return) to Shenyang inside and outside the province: they need to take the initiative to report to the community (village), unit or hotel with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, receive nucleic acid test at the first time, and conduct home health monitoring at the same time.

The state carries out health education to prevent infectious diseases. The news media should carry out public welfare propaganda for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and public health education free of charge.

Schools at all levels and types should educate students on health knowledge and prevention of infectious diseases.

Medical colleges and universities should strengthen preventive medicine education and scientific research, provide preventive medicine education and training for students and other personnel related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, and provide technical support for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.

Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall regularly train their staff in the knowledge and skills of infectious disease prevention and control.
