After writing, I often receive some questions related to "collapse": "How can I do it in the shortest time ..."

At this time, I always tell each other frankly: "I'm sorry, I can't help you." Personally, I don't think this matter can be settled soon. I need to work harder honestly. "

Some people listen, and more people don't listen. They always feel that other people's achievements are obtained casually, and they dream of earning five or six figures a month every day. In this era when everyone is eager for success, too many people forget that "no pains, no gains".

Simple eight words.

I still remember the story of encouraging young plants. I didn't pay, but I want to gain more. In the end, I accomplished nothing.

I also remember the story that water drops wear away stones. Facts have proved that perseverance and minimal efforts can do the most difficult things.

The fast-food chicken is not delicious, and the fast-food bridge is not strong. ...

So I never believe in crashes.

When you do things to the extreme, everything else comes.

I always use this sentence to encourage myself. More often, I want to do what I love, do what I am doing, and do my best step by step.

After writing for a year, I wrote hundreds of thousands of words, gained some readers and got many opportunities to publish books. Many people praise me, but I know best in my heart that these are big things. In fact, it is only recently that I found the real feeling of writing.

I can see other people's skills, from selecting topics to finding materials; From organization to operation, Master and I still have a long way to go.

Now I still get up before six o'clock every day, reading and writing, enriching my material library, analyzing other people's articles, finding topics and sorting out materials ... these are all efforts that need to be polished and improved. If you want to really do a good job, you can never shout a few slogans.

If I look at the effect, I have set myself three years, so when others say that writing is hard and tiring, I enjoy it. In the last six months, I have only a few hundred fans. I was in no hurry, because it was impossible for me not to understand what I was not good at at at first, and it was impossible to get immediate results.

Three years means that you need to endure setbacks and loneliness at first, you need to explore slowly, you need to pay a lot of tuition fees, and you need to accomplish nothing. Today, I have been writing for a year. This year, that's how I came over.

Many people pursue short and fast, how to finish hundreds of books in one year, how to get into graduate school in the shortest time, and how to reach six figures a month.

In fact, in this world, it takes long-term investment and perseverance to really do one thing well and achieve the ultimate.

I think of a sentence in Zhihu: Many people's efforts simply can't reach the level of talent. So in life, if you work harder and stick to it, you will be much better than the people around you.

I have read Ah He's articles before, and I was deeply impressed by him. He is the founder of "charging treasure in the workplace", graduated from Tsinghua University and started his own business three times.

In the article, he mentioned that after he came into contact with the media, he just started writing and had no direction. Later, I tested Tsinghua's strength, followed more than 1000 official WeChat accounts, and slowly studied the topic, content, sentence and structure. He took notes and wrote many notebooks.

This kind of effort is not without reward. His personal number increased by tens of thousands of fans in January, and then it became bigger and bigger.

It is not enough for you to write from the media. If the operation, interaction, psychological analysis of the audience, the grasp of hot spots and the accumulation of internal strength are not done well, the data will definitely not go up.

I think of Qi Baishi. His shrimp paintings can be confused with the real ones, but few people know that he began to paint shrimp when he was young, and only after he was 40 years old did he begin to imitate the paintings of his predecessors. By the time he was over 60 years old, his shrimps were masterpieces, but he felt that they were not "alive" enough.

Later, he raised several long-legged shrimps in a bowl, put them on a painting and observed them every day.

Later, his shrimp swam on the drawing paper, seemingly motionless, full of pride and profound skill, and has entered the realm of transformation.

This is the true way to do things to the extreme. Only when you really put yourself into it can you often see your own shortcomings and really find out where you need to improve.

Accumulate over time, and finally enter the realm.

Reading, I feel the same way. The more you read, the more you find that there is no end to learning, and the knowledge is really pitiful.

Personally, I like Fortress Besieged by Qian Zhongshu very much. Qian Zhongshu is really a well-read person. Many people respect him as the "Lord of Kunlun", but in fact he doesn't value these superficial interests at all.

He has great talent, and he never forgets his reading. Meanwhile, he is addicted to books. At that time, Tsinghua's classmates commented that he "swept the Tsinghua Library". In Lu, he made a deep research in the field of Shi Hua, which made countless scholars in the world bow to their knees.

Proficient in several foreign languages at the same time, learning Chinese and western. When Oxford came up with the idea of paying a high price for his annotated Oxford dictionary, he refused.

He doesn't like fame and fortune, but only likes reading. Many times he doesn't like to meet guests, but just wants to enjoy quiet reading time.

He learned to the extreme and at the same time lived as a mirror for future generations to compare with the "masters".

Sometimes I often see the slogan of "reading is useless", and I often see some people who talk about history, religion and philosophy all day long drop their books.

How much did you do?

dismiss with a laugh

So again, less slogans and more practical work. You know so much, but you can do really little.

So don't think about how much you can get.

Ask yourself first.

How much did you do?
