1. I completely changed my eating habits. I used to like to eat strong food. Salty, spicy, fried and fragrant are my favorites. But I have given up all of them now, and try to eat lightly to avoid taking in too much salt, because it is definitely the biggest natural enemy of stovepipe.
2. After getting up in the morning, drink about 350CC of boiling water (very diuretic), have a rest and do some simple stretching exercises (refer to simple incremental exercises). An apple, a cup of freshly squeezed soybean milk (I changed the milk to drink soybean milk, and I saw on the Internet that it was better for slimming. If you are a woman, drinking soy milk is more whitening, absolutely without sugar ~).
3. I usually make a lot of scented tea to drink, usually stovepipe, diuretic and enhance metabolic function. Such as jade butterfly, lotus leaf, rose, green tea powder, Pu 'er tea, bitter tea, etc. Drink for a while and then change. )
4. Then there is the usual exercise. I am not a very diligent person, and I will not engage in heavy sports. Only a brisk walk every night can keep me going. Fortunately, my family lives next to the university and goes to the playground for more than an hour after dinner every night. Many people exercise there, and the atmosphere is very good. I have a quick walking experience that the bigger the stride, the better, so as to reduce the muscles of thighs and calves more. Another is to walk seriously and continuously. Don't do anything while walking, or just walk for a while before taking a rest. I usually walk for 45 to 60 minutes, walking slowly in the first two laps, walking fast in the middle, and finally walking slowly for 2 to 3 laps to relax my muscles. Do some stretching exercises on the sidelines after the game. In the first few times, you may feel more stiff or swollen in your legs, so it is very important to relax after exercise. If the map is cheap and afraid of trouble, it will never be lost.
Don't think it's over. After going home to wash, I will play computer instead of massaging my legs and massage from bottom to top to relax. You can buy a slimming cream and press it together. But you are a type with more leg muscles, and you need to shoot more to relax (this step is very important for you, you don't have to walk fast in the early stage, but you have to shoot every night. And do more stretching exercises before going to bed, especially in the legs. If the thread is not pulled out, our legs will always look thick and round.
I usually have some small habits: I don't cross my legs, my legs are tight when I stand, and I put my feet higher than my body when I go home at night, such as a wall or a pillow, which is good for stovepipe. That's it. It seems complicated, but in fact, after you get used to it, you will feel that this kind of living habit is very good and comfortable.
