Yuanshidian traditional Chinese medicine

Zhang Zhaohan series 20 1 1 April 13.

Pathogen can be divided into outer edge and inner edge.

First, the outer edge: the evil of exogenous six evils (wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness and fire).

Second, the inner edge: seven emotions (joy, anger, worry, thinking, sadness, fear, shock) hurt.

Symptoms will only appear after exogenous six evils or internal injuries, and then the physique will get worse. In other words, six evils and seven emotions are the fuse (inducement) of symptoms, not the main cause, but the cold constitution is the main cause of disease. Fate (six evils and seven emotions) is difficult to control, but because physical fitness can be improved. Therefore, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is not to deal with the evil of six evils or internal injuries of seven emotions, but to improve the physique, which is divided into cold and heat, so the medicine is only divided into cold and heat, and the physique will get worse after illness. After illness, the cold constitution tends to be cold, the hot constitution tends to be hot, and it is farther and farther away from the neutral constitution. The so-called drug will be biased, that is, the constitution that is too cold or too hot will be transferred back. For cold constitution, medicine is just another heat source produced by oral administration, although it cannot be said that a certain medicine can directly treat a certain disease; Conversely, it cannot be said that a certain drug can directly cause a certain disease. There is no specific medicine and folk prescription for diseases, and there is no other way to cure them, only to improve one's physique.

On "Evil of Six Evil"

Six lewdness-"wind, cold, dampness, heat, dryness and fire", wind, cold and dampness belong to cold, and heat, dryness and fire belong to heat. The essence of dampness is cold, such as phlegm, urine, leucorrhea, runny nose, tears, etc., all of which belong to dampness, that is, cold. There is no need to divide cold, dampness and heat, and the wind is the same. The essence belongs to coldness, and there is no need to distinguish between coldness and wind-heat. If you insist on dividing it, then rheumatism belongs to the outer edge, and cold and heat belong to the cause-constitution. If wind and dampness are mistaken for constitution, then there will be a dialectical statement of wind, heat and dampness, but this statement cannot be established. Why? Cold and heat are opposite. Sexual assault cannot coexist at the same time, just as life, death, light, darkness, front, back, binding and solution cannot coexist at the same time.

Although the evil of six evils belongs to the outer edge, some people think that the evil of six evils belongs to the body, and there are diseases such as head wind and rheumatic joints. From Chinese medicine, there are rheumatism, diuresis, phlegm, summer heat, summer heat and dampness. It is not difficult to see that the six evils at the outer edge have been concretized into things that must be dealt with in the body. No matter whether the evil of six evils enters the body from the outside or rises from the inside, these statements are problematic. In other words, it is wrong to treat illusory things as real, just like treating "flowers in the water and the moon" as real. Just like the dreamer, everything in the dream is obvious and real. This is all because of medical diseases and the illusion that there are six evils in it.

If the evil of six evils originates from the body, is it inherent in the body and causes disease, or is it inherent in the body and causes disease? If you were born with something, why should you be born sick when you already have it? For example, if you cough up phlegm from time to time, you don't have to wait until you get sick. If there is nothing, it is impossible to be born, and it is impossible to bear fruit without cause. If sand can't produce oil, sugarcane can't produce watermelon juice, and men can't have children. Since this or this cannot be established, then the evil of six evils is originally a combination of karma, which is born and died in an instant, but it is empty after all. Therefore, whether in vivo or in vitro, it can not be regarded as real and lasting.

Besides, things can't know themselves, such as eyes can't see themselves, fingers can't touch themselves, and knives can't cut themselves. So everything in the body, we can't know. For things unknown in the body, such as the evil of six evils, if Chinese medicine still insists, the question is who will believe it. Therefore, more and more people go to western medicine when they are sick, and the instruments used by western medicine can't show it. Just the structure of some organizations. There is no wind and humidity at all. It has no phase. If there is no phase, there is no phase, and if there is no phase, there is ignorance. Therefore, western medicine does not admit that there are six evils in it. Unfortunately, it is not that Chinese medicine is ineffective, but that the problematic theory cannot be fully understood and cannot be believed.

If wind or dampness are interrelated, the so-called liver governs wind and spleen governs dampness, and it is also said that wind leads to empty orifices, so joint pain is generally caused by rheumatism, but joints are composed of soft tissues, blood vessels and nerves. I can't find the wind or the wet. The main cause of joint pain is tendon injury, which has nothing to do with wind or dampness. Wind headache is not caused by the wind really running into the head shell, but can be improved by relaxing the tendons of the original point of the head, which has nothing to do with the wind. Needless to say, there will be many rheumatic drugs, and these rheumatic drugs can definitely treat head wind pain and rheumatic joint pain. Why? Out of nothing, but as funny as a branch can definitely cut off a snake's foot. Since there is no wind and no humidity in the body, where can drugs achieve the therapeutic effect of dispelling wind and removing dampness?

Moreover, equating fate with physique in treatment will confuse the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, which is equivalent to the eight categories of syndrome differentiation in which the evil of six evils enters from the outside and is mixed in the body. The original eight categories can be prescribed as long as the constitution is cold and hot. Now it is necessary to distinguish whether the wind is cold or hot, and whether the wet is cold or hot. Not only take off pants and fart, but even treat the shadow (outer edge) as a god (constitution). If we regard the outer edge (the evil of six evils) as the main disease to be treated and then think that medicine can treat such a disease, we will also make the mistake of saying that a certain medicine can treat a certain disease. Because there is really no medicine that can directly treat diseases without physical fitness, drugs can only improve the cold and heat of physical fitness and achieve the purpose of treating diseases. If you don't pass your constitution, when you catch a cold due to virus or cold, then drink hot boiled water or ginger soup, or hot porridge, or even use a hair dryer or quilt cover to force sweat out, you will be fine. You will come to the conclusion that hot water, hot porridge, ginger soup, even quilts and hair dryers can drive away the cold and kill the virus. Is this acceptable to everyone? If it is acceptable, when you have a headache, you can drink hot ginseng soup, or press it with a wooden stick and elbow to cure the disease. Can you say that ginseng, wooden stick or elbow have the effect of dispelling wind and relieving pain? If it is acceptable, you can also say that running, climbing mountains and hitting Tai Ji Chuan can cure all diseases. So what are we talking about? If you don't talk about physical fitness, you will come to the above absurd conclusion. Broadly speaking, if we don't talk about physique, we can claim that medicine can clear away heat and detoxify, fight poison with poison, stop wind and spasm, induce diuresis and soothe the nerves, begin to understand and stop bleeding, and stop astringency in ................................................................................... Therefore, the evil of six evils only refers to the influence of the cold and heat of the external environment on physique, so the treatment is not to distinguish the cold and heat of six evils, but to distinguish the cold and heat of physique. Six evils belong to the outer edge, not to the treatment object, and should not be confused with physique.

Traditional Chinese medicine theory: five zang-organs and six fu-organs, meridian theory, yin-yang and five elements, drug meridian tropism.

Symptoms occur in the five zang-fu organs and meridians, and the treatment is inferred from the theory of yin-yang and five elements. Because of the location of viscera and meridians, drugs will be given the saying of meridian tropism by later generations. However, symptoms and the parts where symptoms appear are shadows, not the objects to be treated. Only by improving the cold and heat of the constitution (deity) can we achieve the purpose of treating diseases. If we look for the answer to the disease in the part where the symptoms and signs appear, it is undoubtedly to seek fish from the edge of the tree, so we don't need to consider the concept of viscera theory and meridians in the treatment of drugs. Therefore, the related theories, such as Yin-Yang and Five Elements, and meridian tropism of drugs, are fundamentally problematic theories, which not only make the mistake of "things can't know themselves", but also push the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in a metaphysical direction, even if it lasts for a lifetime. As for applying the theory of zang-fu organs and meridians to medication, it can't be established, because after medication, the medicine will be transported to all parts of the body, and it is impossible to take a certain zang-fu, a certain viscera or a certain meridian route, but it can be established by applying the theory of meridians to acupuncture, because when acupuncturing, the specific parts affected by it can be found according to the meridians that follow, so as to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. Therefore, it is unnecessary and meaningless to apply the theory of zang-fu organs and meridians when using drugs. The so-called core value of science lies in finding out the regularity of everything, not in explaining it, because the latter contains too many artificial speculations and even false elements. If these theories can't be applied to clinic, or even deviate from clinic, we should be careful. It is very likely that these theories are problematic or even wrong.

Syndrome differentiation of TCM

TCM syndrome differentiation includes six meridians syndrome differentiation, epidemic febrile disease syndrome differentiation, Wei Qi Xue Ying syndrome differentiation, triple energizer syndrome differentiation, viscera syndrome differentiation, meridian syndrome differentiation, qi, blood, body fluid syndrome differentiation, etiology syndrome differentiation, eight cardinal principles syndrome differentiation and so on. All of the above treatment based on syndrome differentiation, in the final analysis, is only to distinguish between cold and heat of constitution, and the rest are distractions.

◎ Differentiation of Six Meridians and Warm Diseases: Whether the disease is cold or warm, it is the fuse of symptoms. What we really need to deal with is physique, which is only divided into cold and heat. Therefore, the differentiation of six meridians is the so-called three Yin San yang, which is to divide yin and yang, and yin and yang are cold and heat. There are both cold and heat syndrome differentiation methods, and talking about syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases is suspected of gilding the lily. Moreover, when talking about fever, we need to think carefully, because most of the patients' constitutions are cold.

◎ Syndrome Differentiation from Exterior to Interior, Defending Qi and Nourishing Sanjiao: Drugs can pass from exterior to interior, so there is no need to divide them into exterior and interior. In this case, there is no difference between defending qi and nourishing blood. And medicine can go up and down, so why should it be divided into upper, middle and lower levels? In short, the most important thing in treating diseases is to distinguish between cold and heat constitution.

◎ Differentiation of deficiency and excess: There is no difference between deficiency and excess, only cold and heat, deficiency syndrome is cold syndrome, and excess syndrome is heat syndrome, that's all.

◎ Yin and Yang: According to the eight categories of syndrome differentiation, interior, deficiency and cold belong to Yin, exterior, excess and heat belong to Yang. Syndrome differentiation from exterior to interior starts from the origin of the concept of pushing drugs, and there is no need to distinguish at all. Deficiency is cold, but it is heat, so yin and yang are equivalent to cold and heat. Since yin and yang are both cold and hot, why confuse people with the redundant abstract concept of yin and yang?

◎ Qi and blood: There are many sayings in Chinese medicine to explain the relationship between qi and blood, such as qi is handsome for blood, qi is enough to produce blood, and pneumatic is blood-moving. However, qi and blood are invisible in the body. As the saying goes, things can't know themselves, their eyes don't look at themselves, and their bodies don't touch themselves. So who can prove whether blood is born of gas or blood is angry? For the unknowable things in the body, it is easy to add artificial speculation and finally say different things.

Further analysis shows that if qi equals blood, it is not necessary to separate qi and blood; On the other hand, if qi is different from blood, qi is qi and blood is blood, and the two are irrelevant. It's irrelevant, so it can't be said that qi can produce blood, otherwise invigorating qi is also invigorating qi. What's the difference between invigorating qi and enriching blood? In this way, whether it is qi deficiency or blood deficiency, it is enough to use tonic, so why is there tonic? or vice versa, Dallas to the auditorium

Moreover, if qi and blood are real, concrete and unchangeable, we can distinguish whether they are the same or different, but qi is handsome for blood, and blood can only be born if it is sufficient, which has shown that qi and blood are no different. Qi is not only different from blood, but also different from blood, so it can be seen that qi and blood are not real, concrete and unchangeable, but a combination of cause and effect, which is an abstract concept of instant birth and death.

Drugs do not have the function of invigorating qi and enriching blood, but can only improve the cold and heat of constitution and achieve the recovery of various functions (including qi and blood), so from the perspective of clinical medication, there is no need to consider the problem of qi and blood at all. Pushing the original point and using external heat source can achieve the purpose of treating diseases, without talking about qi and blood, which shows that the abstract concept of qi and blood is redundant.

Four diagnosis-looking, smelling, asking and feeling.

Traditional Chinese medicine mainly knows whether the patient's constitution is cold or hot by looking, hearing, asking and cutting four diagnoses, and then suits the medicine according to the patient's cold and hot constitution.

Syndrome differentiation of cold constitution

First, find evidence: syndrome differentiation is the simplest, most accurate and most important.

1, look at the color: from cheekbone to forehead, face blue and white, yellow, dark circles. (Note: Yellow is neutral and cold, so yellow face, yellow fur, yellow nose, yellow belt and yellow urine are still cold constitution. )

2, look at the tongue: the tongue is pale, the tongue is fat and has teeth marks, and the tongue is white.

3, look at the form: no god, burnout, lethargy, lazy talk, less gas.

2. Hearing: Muscle injuries in other places will make patients feel confused, such as being afraid of cold or heat, thirsty and fond of drinking, hot or cold drinks, etc. , will be used as the basis for syndrome differentiation of cold and heat, and sometimes it will be inaccurate. So it's not as accurate as visiting to smell or inquire.

1, allergic nose, severe symptoms in the morning and evening, fear of cold, cold limbs in winter, stiff muscles, aggravated by cold eating.

2, the mouth is light, the mouth is sweet, the mouth is drooling, and I don't like drinking water. Even if I want to drink it, I like it hot, with more phlegm and frequent urination.

Third, pulse diagnosis: the pulse is tight, slight and weak.

Syndrome differentiation of heat and quality

First, visit:

1, dry red tongue, thin tongue body and dry moss.

2, face red, God, eyes open, excited.

Second, the smell and consultation:

1, afraid of heat and not afraid of cold.

2, thirsty like cold drinks, drink more, and eat hot supplements to be thirsty.

3. Warm limbs.

Third, pulse diagnosis: strong pulse.

● Neutral constitution: I am in a peaceful, quiet and comfortable state at any time and in any environment, and I am not afraid of cold or heat.

● There is no deficiency fire, upper heat and lower cold, exterior heat and internal cold, or cold and heat inclusion. All the above cold and heat violate the principle of sex and cannot coexist at the same time. Except for neutral constitution, it is either cold or hot.

Symptoms or signals after illness are all shadows, so don't confuse them with physique, that is, symptoms are not the same as syndromes. (Symptoms refer to symptoms caused by diseases, also called signals and shadows; Syndrome refers to the state that a normal body will have before illness, also known as constitution and spirit. )

Cold constitution can also cause fever after illness. As follows:

1, dry mouth, broken mouth, bitter taste, bad breath, redness and pain.

2, irritability, delirium, bleeding, erythema, spasm, dysuria, night sweats.

3, red parts: eyes, tongue, face, lips, whole body.

4, swollen parts: gums, lips, whole body.

5, hot (fever, hot flashes, burning pain) parts: face, limbs, whole body.

6, pain (inflammation) parts: sore throat, eye pain, headache, joint pain, general pain, stomach pain, pneumonia, appendicitis.

◎ The heat symptoms caused by the above-mentioned cold constitution are shadows rather than real heat, and gunpowder or ice can't be used.

medicines and chemical reagents

Medicine can only regulate the cold and heat of constitution. After the improvement of physical fitness, the various functions of the body can be restored to normal, thus achieving the purpose of treating diseases. Therefore, it cannot be said that a drug can directly treat some diseases, nor can it be said that it has the effects of regulating qi, eliminating dampness, resolving phlegm, relieving cough and asthma, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, purging fire and relieving summer heat, cooling blood and removing dampness, clearing away heat and phlegm, removing toxic substances and arresting astringency, calming the nerves, inducing diuresis and removing dampness, inducing resuscitation with fragrance, expelling wind and removing dampness, calming wind and relieving spasm, resolving food stagnation, stopping bleeding and expelling insects. By analogy, the theory that drugs can tonify qi, blood, yin and yang is also untenable. Qi, blood, yin and yang is a very abstract concept, which can't solve the problem. You don't have to pay attention to it, just distinguish between cold and heat of drugs.

conclusion

Nowadays, due to the developed economy and extensive cultivation, many drugs are planted with artificial fertilizers and chemicals. There is no doubt that the quality of old medicine can be preserved. Whether long-term use will cause harm to human body must be faced squarely and tracked. Especially, although aconite is an excellent hot medicine, the problem of gallbladder has not been solved during the processing. The side effects after taking it are heard from time to time, and it also hurts the long-term development of Chinese medicine, which deserves everyone's attention. Therefore, there are still many doubts about drugs today, and the most natural, environmentally friendly and economical is the origin.
