1 One-handed handstand

It's hard to stand on your hands. Some yoga practitioners can stand upside down with one hand! These are the fifth and sixth poses of Eight Yoga. Obviously, you can do this only if you can stand on your head. If you can stand upside down with one hand, it means that you have a strong core, a strong concentration and a strong wrist.

Step 2: Get your feet right

This pose is one of the more difficult backbends, which requires balance and concentration, strong back muscles and good flexibility of the spine.

3. One-handed Peacock Style

This is a peacock variant, done with one hand. This pose strengthens the wrist, shoulders and arms, and the arms press against the abdomen to promote digestion. This one-handed version needs to be more focused. In order for the digestive system to work properly, both sides should be balanced.

4. Have the cheek to fear

This pose looks more like jujitsu than yoga. Extreme stretching of the front side of the body and extreme folding of the back side of the body. After that, you can touch your nose with your toes.

5. The elbow holding chin is upright.

Elbow upside down, chin in both hands, knees bent, simply. This awesome gesture needs no explanation.

6. Karabahava style

In fact, this pose is not difficult in 10 pose, just open your hips and put your legs behind your head. At the same time, one-handed balance requires concentration.
