Preparation of ingredients:
Chicken breast 1 50g, potato 80g, egg1,starch15g.
Exercise:
(1) The potatoes are steamed and pressed into mud, and the chicken is added with a little chopped green onion and put into a supplementary food machine to be mashed.
(2) All ingredients are put together (seasoned with proper amount of baby soy sauce or salt for over one year old, and seasoned with mushroom powder and seaweed powder for under one year old) and stirred evenly.
③ Take a proper amount of chicken with water on your hand and arrange it into chicken pieces, put them on a baking tray covered with oil paper, and brush a layer of oil on the surface.
④ Preheat the oven for 5 minutes in advance and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. The baking time and temperature are adjusted according to the temperature of your oven.
2. Air fryer, preheat for 5 minutes, 190 degrees for about 20 minutes, and turn over in the middle.
