Let me share my experience of losing weight.

As a powerful person with a birth weight of 10kg, the unique powerful gene seems to have doomed me from chubby to big. I studied Latin dance from primary school to junior high school, but I was not fat at that time. I don't take dance classes in junior high school, and I have four meals a day in the senior high school entrance examination. I was fed by my lovely hemp in the last year 150 kg. You heard me right. Very good!

The point is, I was completely unaware of the fact that I was fat. I was still immersed in delicious food. Later, I went to high school and didn't realize the importance of losing weight until I was a sophomore, the seed of love. Then! Then!

I started the first phase of my weight loss plan!

When I was a sophomore, I seemed crazy. I lost a lot of weight. I gnashed my teeth and ate cucumbers for two weeks. I ate nothing but water, and then lost about 10 kg in two weeks, which was also the most impressive and uncomfortable experience in my weight loss history. I'm so hungry that I can hardly walk.

I slept most of the time in class, and even it was a little difficult to breathe. My mother can't take care of me because I live in school. My mother saw me during the weekend break and asked me why my face was so bad and how I lost so much weight. After learning about my situation, she gave me a good scolding and told me not to think about losing weight. I am growing up. I am also worried that I will lose weight for the first time because of physical problems. I lost weight after I resumed dieting.

Shortly after that, I went to senior three. The pressure of entering a higher school and the inexhaustible brain make me hungry easily. I eat a lot every day and have no energy to think about losing weight. So fat! Thinking about losing weight after the college entrance examination!

The second time to lose weight was after the college entrance examination, and I made a great determination! Be thin or die! I started eating cucumber eggs every day again! After eating for a week, the weight dropped from 150 to 142 kg. Of course, I ate some sweet potatoes and pumpkins besides cucumbers and eggs this time, but the amount was very small. In the second week, I began to eat fruit and drink yogurt. After two weeks, I quickly lost weight to 135 kg. Everyone in my family can see that I have lost weight! I'm so happy!
