I just came back from Thailand in early June this year. I bought Tiaojing pills. I asked an expert and suggested that I take two tablets twice a day for half a month after menstruation. I took 10 days, and my stomach obviously stopped hurting and there were few blood clots. I'm going to continue eating after I come. It hurts badly every time before, but it doesn't hurt at all this time.

PS: The one upstairs said to take it three days a month, which is a detoxification pill.
