In fact, there are three situations of burning fat, and I'm here to tell you:
Cold conditions
Studies have shown that Canadian soldiers patrolling the Arctic Circle generally lose 1-2kg after patrolling the Arctic Circle for1-2 weeks, which is the fat burned in cold conditions. The principle is actually very simple. We have brown fat and white fat. Brown fat is rich in mitochondria, which can be supplied by burning white fat under cold conditions to stabilize human body temperature. So, don't wear too much in winter, just make sure you don't catch a cold. The main function of brown adipose tissue is that under the stimulation of cold, the lipids in brown adipose cells decompose and oxidize, releasing a lot of heat energy, which is not converted into chemical energy. This function is regulated by sympathetic nerve. Therefore, under cold conditions, brown fat will start burning white fat, which has a good weight loss effect.
Sports situation
Burning fat during exercise is actually very simple. Exercise consumes fat at first, but after half an hour, the proportion of fat energy supply begins to exceed that of sugar energy supply. That's why there are rumors that you burn fat after half an hour of exercise. In fact, the recommended time for fat-burning aerobic exercise is generally between half an hour and 1 hour, so that the fat burning rate is the highest. When it exceeds 1 hour, the human body will start to use the protein functional model, which will lead to the loss of protein and the decrease of basal metabolism, which is not good for weight loss.
gluconeogenesis
This situation actually happened under the condition of insufficient sugar intake. Generally speaking, there are four ways to use sugar after it is ingested into human body, namely, synthesizing liver glycogen, synthesizing muscle glycogen, synthesizing fat and maintaining normal blood sugar concentration. These are four ways of using sugar after it enters the human body. If we limit the intake of sugar, such as not eating staple food. Then, after glycogen in the liver and glycogen in the muscle are exhausted, the human body will exert the mechanism of gluconeogenesis and use protein and other supernormal substances to synthesize carbohydrates to meet the needs of the human body. The process by which organisms convert various non-sugar substances into glucose or glycogen is called gluconeogenesis. Of course, it doesn't matter much in the short term. If there is no sugar intake for a long time, the human body is prone to ketoacidosis, which is not good for the body.
Therefore, if you don't eat, you won't lose weight. Because when sleeping at night, because students don't do much exercise for physical development, relatively simply speaking, their physical needs will be reduced because of energy. Although they don't eat dinner for a long time and stay on an empty stomach, there is no possibility of burning fat, but the technical level of fat decomposition is still relatively low compared with enterprises. Therefore, it is impossible for our teacher to consider the consumption of those fats at the same time and achieve the goal of losing weight. The success of losing weight depends on their daily intake and output. If the daily intake is lower than the output, they may lose weight and keep fit effectively. In this way, you won't have dinner. If you eat more calories during the day, you will be fat and not thin.
