What do you mean by corporate restructuring?
Corporate reorganization has two meanings: broad sense and narrow sense. The narrow sense of corporate restructuring is limited to corporate mergers and acquisitions, including corporate mergers, corporate acquisitions and corporate separation (separation). In a broad sense, corporate restructuring refers to various commercial activities between companies, between shareholders and companies, and between shareholders, in order to realize the rational flow and optimal allocation of corporate resources according to the principle of autonomy in private law.

The application for company reorganization can generally be submitted to the court by the debtor enterprise or by the creditor. Company reorganization type:

2. According to the number of reorganized companies, corporate restructuring can be divided into inter-company restructuring and intra-company restructuring.

3. According to the main body of corporate restructuring, corporate restructuring can be divided into domestic restructuring and foreign restructuring.

4. Based on the effect of reorganization, corporate restructuring can be divided into heavy corporate restructuring aimed at expanding the company's asset scale and operating scale and slimming corporate restructuring aimed at reducing the company's asset scale and operating scale.

5. According to the competitiveness of enterprises involved in restructuring, enterprise restructuring can be divided into expansionary restructuring and restorative restructuring.
