Since September, Lingling has been studying dance in Chongqing Radio and Television School. One semester 15 class, and tonight is the last class. The teacher allowed the parents to go in and watch the children in class, so I took pictures of the baby's dance class.

Summarizing Lingling's dance class this semester, I feel that my baby has made great progress.

First, the basic skills are solid. I studied dance in kindergarten for a year before, but the teachers there didn't teach basic skills, but only taught children to dance. Linlin has always been interested in dancing. After he transferred to the broadcasting school, the little guy didn't get tired of boring basic practice, but he liked dancing lessons as always. The teachers here pay great attention to the practice of children's basic skills, and practice some basic movements in almost every class. Lingling finishes it well every time.

The second is to become a small teacher. Lingling is very serious in class. Every time she attends class, the teacher almost asks her to be a little teacher. Linlin likes being a little teacher. On the way home today, the little guy told me that she was sent to be a little teacher because she did well as a teacher. As can be seen from her tone, the baby feels good about herself.

The third is to observe discipline and attend classes seriously. There are two or three children in the class who are always talkative and criticized by the teacher. Lingling's children strictly observe discipline in class and listen to the teacher's thoughts. Arrive on time for every class and don't be late. Even today, the little guy felt a little sick in his stomach, but he insisted on finishing the last class. And in today's class, Lingling can do the "small ball" by herself, and the little guy is very happy.

To tell the truth, I usually have less time to practice basic skills at home, and I usually have classes every week. This winter vacation, the teacher assigned homework and let the children practice basic skills at home. Mother carefully recorded the contents of her homework, so she let Lingling practice by herself during the winter vacation.

Dance students sum up themselves in the semester. 2 Confucius said: the deceased is like a husband, and it suddenly dawns, and the days are in a hurry. During my years working in Guotai Future Dance Center, under the smiling faces of children and the sincere eyes of parents, I really realized the honor and responsibility as a dance teacher. Looking back on the work in recent years, I am both nervous and novel, and I have gained a lot.

"Learning to be excellent is an official." In teaching, I prepare lessons carefully and listen carefully. No matter how busy my work is, no matter how tired I am, as soon as I enter the dance classroom, I will be full of energy, use my conscientious working attitude to drive the children's enthusiasm for learning, and guide them to establish an optimistic outlook on life with practical actions. The innocent and enthusiastic smiling faces of children are my best. They are sweet and lovely "Miss Chen!" Get rid of my day's fatigue at once. I hold their tender arms and calves like lotus roots, and I bend over again and again to correct their movements, because I am thinking: Who is he among them? Or her? In the near future, it will grow into a graceful lotus flower and bloom on the stage.

I pay attention to the scientific nature of dance teaching. I pay attention to the amount of exercise, the range of movement and the arrangement of dance, which is in line with the psychological and physiological characteristics of children of different ages. Some people say that the teacher is a serious worker. Yes, being a teacher doesn't need superb skills, but needs an extremely fine attitude, just like a hard gardener. Repeated basic dance skills, boring. In teaching, I pay attention to the arrangement of teaching links, and lead children into the palace of beauty with lively and rhythmic music and my own careful demonstration actions.

I see every child's little progress, and I will tell him (her) with joy: you are great! When they cry for an ugly action, I will personally wipe the tears from his (her) cheeks and encourage him (her): you can do it! I like them twittering around me when they are resting, watching their red faces when they wipe the sweat from their foreheads with their small hands, and watching their eyes when they hold colorful candy to my mouth with their small black hands. Walking with a gust of wind, I seem to have stepped on hot wheels, but I feel a different person in teaching.

We shouldn't rush into teaching children new dances. We must explain the requirements, specifications and essentials of the action step by step, and make effective practice steps. According to the teaching principle from simple to complex, students should first be familiar with the music rhythm, then the action practice, and finally the emotional expression. In action practice, the combined action is decomposed into a single action, and the more difficult single action is also decomposed into a local action. At the end of each semester, no matter my "big apprentice" or the "new recruit" in the enlightenment class, everyone can "show off" at the party in school and kindergarten, and "sense of accomplishment" is the greatest motivation for children to continue to learn dance well.
