Preparation materials: 200g leek, 2 eggs, 50g pumpkin, flour 120g, proper amount of water, a little salt, a little chicken essence, a little thirteen spices and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
1. Step 1: Clean the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, and steam it in a steamer, as shown in the following figure.
2. Mix pumpkin, flour and water, and add water bit by bit. Stir the dough with chopsticks until it becomes sticky. This dough should not harden.
Third, put oil in the pot, beat in the eggs, fry the eggs and let them cool, as shown below.
4. Wash and chop the leek, add a little oil and stir well for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Five, eggs and leeks together, add the right amount of salt, chicken essence, thirteen incense and stir well.
6. The dough is sticky. Sprinkle more dry flour on the panel, as shown below.
Seven, divide the dough into several small doughs, leaving some space in the middle, as shown below.
Eight, don't use a rolling pin, press it into dough by hand, wrap it with stuffing, and then press it into small cakes, as shown in the figure below.
Nine, add oil to the pot, put the pie, and both sides are golden and cooked, as shown below.
10. Finally, take out the pan and put it on the plate, so that the leek egg pumpkin pie is finished, as shown below.
