Swim back and forth at a gentle speed and apply the power generated by each action to the limit.

Physical strength is very important. If it is too intense, you will be hungry at night.

Two hours after dinner, fruit. It is best to choose apples, pitaya and the like.

Have a rest and then start sit-ups.

After taking a shower, read for an hour.

You can drink a glass of milk before going to bed. Note that milk is not sweet or other flavors.
