1. First, cut all the panels and side panels according to the dimensions required by the drawings. The cutting panel needs professional equipment and good supporting materials to ensure the accuracy. If there is an error in the panel size, subsequent installation will not be possible. If you use particleboard-based eco-board, the material needs to be well treated at the edge, and the damaged edge will deteriorate with time. You can use a special edge sealer to seal the edges and stick edge strips on the edges. For thin materials, if the width exceeds 50 cm, deformation will occur without support. In order to make the wardrobe stable, it is best to use materials with a thickness of18 mm.
2. Build a wardrobe frame, as shown in the figure below. There are some attachments for building the framework. Firstly, the structure of the cabinet is combined with fixtures to keep the edges aligned. After placing the frame, apply glue to the joints at the side, top and bottom, apply glue to each joint, and then tighten the screws with a hand drill.
