The foothold should be moderate, not completely on the heel, nor can the heel and toe land at the same time, which looks quite awkward. Beginners often make such mistakes. It is suggested that the heel should fall to the ground and the face should face forward. Heel to toe should be fast, and the other foot should not come out until the foot is completely stable. Some people walk a little bumpy. The main reason may be that the feet are eager to climb up with their heels. It is not until the forefoot is stable that the heel has the strength to climb forward and move forward quickly, and the center of gravity is always on the forefoot palm. When you walk, your body is pushed out, not out. When exercising, the toes always face the front of the body, because the feet are the extension lines of the legs, which can make the legs look slender and more attractive. Feet can't be adducted, legs can't be bent generally, they should be straight, otherwise they will look wobbly.
2. Legs:
When walking, it is best to have a small gap between your legs, or even no gap, which will make you look slender and straight. If the gap is too big, the center of gravity column of your thigh will tilt to the left and right, and it will swing from side to side, lacking the basic essentials of a man's stability. When you kick out, you are having fun with your knees, that is to say, your knees are in the rhythm of your center of gravity and your feet fall to the ground.
Many people put pressure directly on their feet. This way of walking makes people feel a strong sense of rhythm, but it is too stiff and lacks buffer! When kicking out, it is recommended to speed up and stay for a long time after kicking out. If you don't grasp the speed well, your feet will be light or shaky. Many beginners' feet are particularly light, mainly because you don't grasp the speed when kicking, and the front pedal is unstable. We can wear heavy leather shoes or boots during training. Before, my feet were very light, but later I tied sandbags to solve it. If ordinary people and people who follow the model come to you at the same speed, you will find that the speed of kicking the model is several times faster than that of ordinary people and the stay time will be very long. Of course, I don't advocate kicking as fast as possible, which seems unnatural.
3. Cross:
Female models use their legs to find music, while male models just can't move their legs, which is sometimes a headache for male models. Most of the moving legs are caused when kicking, and the legs are not in the same plane. It is also one of the reasons why their knees move easily when they first come into contact with walking. Don't touch them with your thighs for the sake of knee friction. Find more reasons, don't worry. In fact, it is normal for male models to cross. As long as it is not obvious, moving a little will look better than not moving.
4. Abdomen:
Don't forget to tuck in when you walk, especially female models. It's indecent to show your belly. When some male models walk, the head and upper body shake as a whole, which is probably caused by no abdomen or too soft waist. It is recommended to practice more.
5. Arms:
Swing arm can be said to be the most difficult to learn. We often say that we should use the big arm to drive the small arm, but few people can really swing with the big arm. When you look in the mirror and see the big arm moving, you often think that the big arm is moving, which proves that the big arm is driving the small arm. In fact, it is the forearm that drives the arm or shaft joint to exert force. Personally, I think that the big arm drives the small arm because the triceps brachii is exerting force and naturally swings behind the body. The rear swing arm should be big and the front swing arm should be small. The rear swing arm is slower than the front swing arm. When swinging the arm, the big arm and the small arm can't exert force, but naturally bounce forward with the help of the back arm. When you bounce to the angle of the front swing arm you want, your wrist should control the hitting force. Many people will suddenly stop with their wrists under pressure, which is correct, but unnatural. Even many people use forearm instead of wrist to press down hard, and then swing their arms backwards. Swing arms pursue nature and strength, which makes people feel comfortable and uncomfortable. Don't make a harsh swing just to swing your arm.
6. Shoulder:
Shoulder and arm are interrelated, and poor swing of arm will directly affect the effect of moving shoulder. Many people mistakenly think that the moving shoulder is to swing the shoulder from left to right with the waist or use the end shoulder of the big arm, so that the moving shoulder will lose the original purpose of the shoulder and swing arm, or it can be said that it is unnecessary. I walked out of this misunderstanding from the beginning, but fortunately I found it and corrected it in time. Moving shoulders is the premise of straightening the waist. In the process of walking, you should take your shoulders as columns. At the moment when the big arm naturally drives the small arm to throw back, the back muscle (which can form an inverted triangle relative to the pectoral muscle) is pulled back. Under the right music conditions, if the moving shoulders are particularly large, it will give people a feeling of chic, procrastination, hooliganism and lawlessness, which is what many fashions want. For beginners, I personally don't recommend moving big shoulders, because moving big shoulders generally has the following shortcomings.
(1) One shoulder is high and one shoulder is low (mostly left shoulder is high and right shoulder is low). Ten people will appear, but sometimes it is not obvious, sometimes it is not obvious, and today's moving shoulders may not be as high as tomorrow;
(2) If you can't move well, shake your shoulders with your waist.
(3) The front swing arm is not natural enough, and the arm will rudely lift the shoulder image;
(4) not natural enough;
(5) Asymmetry when walking on the left and right sides of the body;
(6) There is always the pressure of shoulder impact;
(7) Obviously the waist is shaking, but I always feel my shoulders moving, and so on. If one shoulder is high and one shoulder is low now, you can try to stress the music with both shoulders at the same time, look in the mirror more often and feel what is wrong with your back. As long as the method is correct, it can be corrected in a day or two at most. It's best to move your shoulders a little smaller, or even don't move your shoulders.
7. Head:
Shaking your head is mainly due to inattention, and some of it is a natural habit. As long as more attention is paid to the shaking and tilting of the head when walking, it can still be solved by trying to correct it. When walking, you must not move your mouth or close it too tightly. Just relax as usual. If there are some extra movements, it will be scary. Generally, it is enough to blink two or three times from the backstage of the runway to the front desk. Blinking too much will be unstable, and it is even more undesirable for girls at the front desk to flick their eyebrows. We should see confidence in our eyes. It's better to have content. The key is to express with our eyes according to different music. In many cases, your expression is bigger than your body language.
8, rhythm:
Music consists of fast, middle and slow three. Boys are required to walk at a medium speed, fast at a medium speed and slow at a medium speed. Generally, it is ok to follow the medium speed for medium-speed music. Fast-paced and slow-paced music can't step on every stress. That kind of walking is awkward and ugly. We can divide slow-paced music into four, six and eight steps; Fast-paced music is divided into two beats: half beat, quarter beat or even eighth beat. There is a difference in speed between girls and boys. They can walk slowly, moderately and quickly. On the premise that you master this rhythm, you can also walk at your own pace with the music; You can even move a piece of music at several speeds. When a boy plays an stressed beat on his left knee, his right wrist and left shoulder are also stressed. In fact, these three stresses are not enough. If you want to walk well, you need to have a sense of rhythm all over your body in a stable situation, so that the music in your body exudes Qing Ji and vitality. Whether boys or girls pass by you, you should feel the wind blowing.
9. Modeling:
Boys require that the distance between two feet should not be greater than the shoulder width, and the center of gravity should be placed on two feet or away from the other foot. Tight inside and loose outside secretly, the posture should be clear, the turning point should be clear, the intensity should be strong, and certain content must be shown.
10, turn around:
In the process of turning around, the body and crotch should not be on the same plane. A little sideways can make the male model shoulder wider, the female model waist thinner and the buttocks more upturned.
1 1, whole body:
Teachers often say: "Walk up" and "Walk up", not that you walk fast, but that your body and music are integrated and you feel forward. When boys walk on the stage, their movements are generally smaller than those of girls, which requires boys to pay more attention to careful exploration. When they walk on the stage, they can look left and right, and the time allocation of watching is very important. The time of left and right viewing should avoid equal distribution and should be dynamic. Five or five minutes will never have a sense of rhythm Where should the audience be in terms of expressiveness and camera sense? Always trying to catch the audience's attention, it depends on the boys' understanding. From the feet to the shoulders, to the hips to the head, and the movement of the eyes, these are all integrated, so pay attention when walking. Let people look natural, boys should not swing their arms for the sake of swinging their arms, and girls should not move their legs for the sake of moving their legs. When walking, your arms naturally swing backwards and blend with your whole body. Your body and eyes must be very natural and confident, and you can do it.
12, whether men or women walk the catwalk, there is only one purpose, that is to show the charm and soul of clothes, and never put the cart before the horse. As for how to do it, it depends on a person's cultivation and his understanding and perception. As for whether to have a cool expression, I think it depends on the feeling of clothes and music to show whether it is cool, cheerful or something else. It is often seen that male models are cool because they are expressionless, because models are secondary. Be confident on the runway, confident people will shine, don't be feminine. Now many male models are feminine and look unhappy, so the differences between men and women must be shown!
13, footwork:
The model does not have too framed steps, nor does it require how many centimeters the steps must walk and how many centimeters the arms must be placed. Even beginners can only do it roughly. Everyone has a different understanding of music, so you can do whatever you think this kind of music should be. If most people think your performance is awkward, then you should re-understand this piece.
14, details:
When swinging backwards, the wrist is easily not in a straight line with the forearm, and the wrist bends backwards; In the modeling of three-step buffer pendulum, the body has stabilized the forearm and is still shaking with the wrist; Mouth moving or sighing when posing in the foreground; Blinking too often when walking on the stage is something you should pay attention to at ordinary times.
Basic walking skills of models Step 2: Basic hand position of models in catwalk:
Cross your hands: This is a very balanced technique.
Interlaced fingers: the joints should be changed and the shapes should be rich. This gesture highlights the shape of the nail.
Hands: this is a kind of hand shape that highlights the upper body and has a feeling of coldness and arrogance. Be careful not to hide important details on your chest.
Single shoulder: unbalanced and inclined, and gravity tends to shoulder direction.
Shoulders: the shape is balanced, the upper hand type, the hand position is higher than the arms, and the decoration and performance are stronger.
Straight into the waist: the tiger's mouth is up and the posture is stiff.
Soft waist insertion: It is the same as the front waist insertion posture, but the wrist is relaxed and flexible.
Reverse insertion: the tiger's mouth is down, natural and casual.
Hands rested on her hips: the back of her hand is attached to her back, which has a subtle feeling.
Hands supporting the crotch: the fingers droop and stick to the crotch, which is more feminine.
Punch into the waist: the hand is attached to the waist with a fist shape, which has excellent style and should be used with caution.
Hands flat: arms open, arms slightly bent, palms up, palms bright, for a wide hand position.
Two-handed press: the hands are crossed and the palms are down, which is an asymmetrical hand position.
Single handle: lift slightly with one hand and leave the body. This is an unfolded hand position.
Full pocket insertion: the most functional insertion method of pocket.
Half-pocket (horizontal): It seems a bit casual. Sometimes, the complete insertion of the bag will deform the outer contour of the garment and widen the upper body.
Half-pocket (vertical): the upper body is narrow.
Finger pocket insertion: the most informal but modern pocket insertion method with strong decoration.
Rotation is the basic morpheme of a model, the middle of two directions of expression, and the transition point of rhythm. The basic method is as follows:
Step twist: the hind foot changes to the front foot, the two feet step on a line, the heel slightly stands on tiptoe, and the forefoot exerts force, twisting 180 degrees.
Leg twist: the front foot retreats half a step to the back foot, the two feet are in a straight line, and the heel stands on tiptoe, twisting 180 degrees.
Two-step rotation: turn one foot backward, turn with cutting, turn the other heel, and turn the body 180 degrees. This rotation is not a toe twist, but a step. Be sure to pay attention to stability and smooth cooperation between your legs and feet.
Gradually twist: the hind leg is inserted in front of the front leg, the heel is slightly twisted, and the toe is twisted 180 degrees.
Step-by-step rotation: the feet are parallel, one foot takes the heel as the axis, and the other foot takes the toe as the force point. After rotating 180 degrees, the feet are still parallel.
The above is the basic turning point. According to the whole body design, the torsion can be divided into 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees and 360 degrees.
Here are some terms about steering of European and American models. These are not necessarily standardized, but understanding their habits will help us refine various variants.
The mannequin Quinn's turn: a slow and elegant 360-degree turn.
Carousel rotation method: the main leg is stable, the power leg rotates around the main leg, the rotation angle and the number of turns are free, and it is easy to show dynamic clothes and long skirts.
Sports turn: This is a variation of 90-degree or 180-degree turn. The standing width of feet should be shoulder width or slightly wider, and hands should be placed on the crotch. When turning around, the center of gravity should shift from one crotch to the other, resulting in a strong sense of swing. The posture is very dynamic, and it is not too much to swing the crotch in order to control the range of action.
No matter how you turn around, you should turn around first and then turn around. Leave your head to the audience when you move, commonly known as "watching" or "leaving your head". This will not only take a long time to communicate directly with the audience, but also form a different sense of action.
The basic walking posture skills of the model in the third step of catwalk-gait and standing posture
Half-toe training:
The purpose is to strengthen the muscles of all parts of the foot. This action has two main points. Both feet must exert their strength at the same time, strive to reach the highest limit when standing, and control the stability when the feet follow the ground. Don't help other parts of the body except the part where the action is applied, otherwise it will damage the quality of the action.
Half squat training:
The purpose is to develop the habit of straightening the upper body and lower back, and at the same time lengthen the achilles tendon and exercise its elasticity. When squatting, the knees are stretched along the toes, the back is kept straight, and the left heel is not upturned, so as to squat to the maximum extent. Pay attention to the coordination of hand and squat movements.
Small jump training:
The purpose is to strengthen the muscles of the instep and legs, exercise the lightness of the body, prevent fat from increasing, and keep the arms up.
Take-off method:
Use the strength of the soles of your feet and instep to bounce up, and at the same time cross to help lift up. When squatting, first follow the toes, soles of feet, soles of feet, and then do one and a half squats along your feet. When jumping, don't stress and strain other parts of your body, let alone stretch out your arms and stand up. You should control your whole body and look relaxed.
Key points of stage presentation:
To show a beautiful curve on the stage, we must use the waist to drive the two spans and push them out alternately from left to right. Other parts of your body don't need unnecessary movements, as long as you follow them unconsciously.
Because the model is tall, it is easy to cause the problem that the chest is buckled and the neck can't stand up, so it is very important to train the correct standing posture. Without good standing habits, there will be no good gait and modeling.
Key points when standing:
Stand straight, tall and straight.
Quite: all major parts of the body should be stretched as far as possible, especially the head, neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips and knees.
Straight: When standing, the central axis of the spine should be perpendicular to the ground as much as possible. The spine is the key part of the human body to maintain a correct posture, but it is not straight, and the neck, chest and waist have normal physiological bending forward or backward.
G: That is, when standing, the center of gravity should be raised as high as possible.
Basic Footsteps of Models-Introduction Footsteps Training
Wall-sticking training:
1. Take a deep breath, tuck in your abdomen and clamp your legs as much as possible. Focus your breath on your chest and keep this position. Continue the following operations:
2. Go back to the wall.
3. Pay attention to sticking to the wall from head to toe.
4. Relax your shoulders.
5. Look ahead.
6. Hands hang down naturally in a relaxed way without "standing at attention".
20-40 minutes
Second, standing posture:
There are more t-types.
Outer octagon
T shape
oblique line
Third, the basic gait training methods of models
1. Stick it on the wall.
2. Pay attention to breathing and straighten your back.
3. Standing, fixing and posture practice.
4. When squatting, your instep is down and your eyes are firm. Don't look around.
5. Put your center of gravity high and swing your arms naturally.
6. When they walk, their left shoulders are staggered.
7. Girls can put their hands on their hips and boys can put them in their pockets.
8. Confidence is the most important thing.
