Matters needing attention in homemade fruit wine

1. When taking lemons and strawberries, filter them once with a piece of coffee filter paper or clean filter cloth to make lemons have no residue, and then pour them back into the container and seal them. Fruit selection: when making fruit wine, it is best to choose fresh fruit with no surface damage.
