Difficulty:
Analysis of nutritional components: 6 grams of net carbohydrate, 40 grams of lipid and 2 grams of protein.
Other ingredients: 1 yellow-green cockscomb melon, about 150g eggplant, about 100g red bell pepper, 30g cream, 4 tablespoons Italian green sauce, 4 tablespoons grilled cheese, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper.
Italian green sauce
