Case review

One day, Xiao Li came to the hospital and said to the doctor, "Dr. Wang, after giving birth to a baby, I often leak urine when coughing and sneezing, and sometimes I can't hold back my urine." What should I do? "

Dr. Wang: "Postpartum urinary leakage is a common disease in women. After giving birth to a baby, the pelvic floor muscles will relax to a certain extent and will not be as tight as before. With the increase of age, this situation may occur more and more times. This is a problem with the pelvic floor muscles. "

Xiao Li: "Then how can I solve it?"

Dr. Wang: "You can do post-natal rehabilitation exercise-Kegel exercise, which will benefit a lot." .

2. Don't hold your breath and make sure you breathe smoothly.

3. When lying flat, put your back flat, put your arms on your sides, bend your knees slightly together, and put your head flat to prevent neck strain.

Start exercise

1. Pelvic floor muscles contract for 5 seconds, and may only contract for 2~3 seconds at first. This is normal. Just stick to it for a long time.

2. Relax the muscles in other parts 10 second, so that the pelvic floor muscles can get a full rest and avoid strain.
