Kick boxing's technical movements
Its technical movements can be roughly divided into upper limb movements and lower limb movements. Upper limb movements include straight boxing, hook boxing, swing boxing, split boxing, palm boxing, elbow boxing and block boxing. Lower limb movements include front kick, back kick, side kick, whipping and knee movements in Muay Thai.
