Brief introduction of Royal Ballet Academy

The guardian of the Royal Ballet Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) is Queen Elizabeth II, who is the cradle of ballet teachers. The college was founded in 1920, formerly known as the British Opera and Dance Association. After being awarded the Royal Badge by the British royal family in 1936, the academy was officially named the Royal Dance Academy. The college occupies a pivotal position in the history of world ballet. Its teachers are all experienced ballerinas, and dancers Adeline Jenny and Margot Fontaine both served as the dean of the college. With the aim of promoting high-level dance education and performance, the college regularly holds examinations for dancers and teachers all over the world, thus supervising and improving the quality of dance teaching and performance. Since its establishment, the College has trained a large number of outstanding ballet dance teachers, and its grading system has spread all over the world. This scientific and rigorous ballet dance grading course is a model of ballet dance education.

At present, more than 80 countries and regions around the world have set up graded examination courses. Nearly a million people are studying this course, and the number of people taking the exam is also increasing. With the continuous improvement of ballet dance level, the college has also continuously improved the graded courses. In addition to holding regular teacher seminars every year, we also send experienced teachers to various countries for regular guidance. Today's grading examination courses are divided into children's grade 10 and advanced grade 5, which fully meet the needs of dancers of different ages and degrees, and draw a blueprint for dance teaching that integrates science and art.

The Royal Dance Academy has more than 6.5438+0.4 million members, covering 82 countries around the world. It is the largest and most influential dance education and training institution in the world.
