How to use corset gauze;
Prepare:
One or two bundles of gauze, a safety pin and a pillow.
Steps:
Lie on your back, lie flat, raise your knees, put your feet flat on the bed, and try to make your thighs above your knees at right angles to your abdomen; Hips up, hips down 1 cushion.
Put your hands on your lower abdomen, palms forward, and massage and hold down the internal organs in the direction of your heart. This action can help the sagging uterus return to its original position.
Tie it from pubic bone to navel, * * * for 12 turn, with the first 7 turns overlapping and winding, and obliquely fold it once every 1 half turn. The front side of the oblique folded abdominal belt becomes the reverse side, and then it is continuously tied. The oblique folding part is on both sides of the hip, and after the last 5 laps, the height of each lap moves up by 2 cm, which is spirally tied up.
Finally, after covering the navel, fix it with a safety pin and insert it into the head. Tie 12 laps every time. If the abdominal circumference is large, three abdominal belts must be connected into two to use.
