Pedal exercise teaching design
I. Guiding ideology

What is this lesson based on? Health first? Based on the concept of "good physical education", taking fashion sports as the main content, combining simple aerobics movements with interesting music to develop students' physical quality in an all-round way, thus forming a fresh and distinctive new course.

Second, the selection and analysis of teaching materials

The content of this class is step exercise, which is a new school-based course in my school-based semester. I didn't know much about it at first, but I happened to find someone using pedals to teach privately in the process of fitness in the gym. The action was especially like the step test in the physical health test of grade five and six. After consulting relevant materials and videos, I think this sport is not only an aerobic exercise, but also simple. With rhythmic music, it will be welcomed by students, killing two birds with one stone.

Third, the object analysis

Because the fifth and sixth grades have passed the step test, I chose the fourth-grade students as the teaching objects, exercising their physical fitness one year in advance and cultivating standard movements and postures.

Fourth, the teaching content and structure.

Content: This lesson is the second lesson of Unit 2. Review the first lesson and learn to lift your knees twice and lift them to the side.

Structure 1: fitness tips

The little knowledge of fitness in this class is how to breathe when running. At the beginning of the class, I chose the music of 1 (the original scenery of my hometown), led the students into the class, threw out questions first, and discussed with the students the breathing methods during running. Then lead the students to follow the second cheerful music (rabbit dance) and experience rhythmic breathing while exercising.

Structure 2: Warm up

Simple unarmed exercise combined with the third music (sadness or happiness) will make unarmed exercise not boring and interesting. Its music has a lively rhythm. The important thing is that this piece of music has a prelude of more than ten seconds from the beginning to the action. I especially ask students to use this prelude to kick and relax, instead of staying put immediately after exercise.

Structure 3: Review and research

Review Unit 1 and use the fourth song (Goodbye), which adds some new actions to attract students more. Then in the last class, we will continue to review the four-beat movements up and down the chessboard. Music is the fifth music (on the radio) and the sixth music (Dongbala). After reviewing the moves outside the board, I didn't stop the students and music immediately, but continued to learn new moves while following this piece (Dongbala). This will not only make the course more coherent and smooth, but also increase the practice density of students. Then use the seventh song (Balla Da Li) to review the newly learned movements, lift your knees twice and point to the ground. I also divide the students into groups and emphasize the importance of action. At the same time, I can also help each other among my classmates. Finally, learn the eighth music of the main music (3), lead the students to practice 1 time, and remind them repeatedly of the action methods and key points. For the second time, the difficulty of practice was increased (plus Pose), and slogans and stereotypes were added, thus pushing the whole learning process to another climax.

Structure 4: Quality Exercise

Under the guidance of the teacher, listen to the ninth music (Chinese) and do simple quality exercises, including leg, upper limb, waist and abdomen strength and balance ability exercises.

Structure 5: Relaxation and the end of the course

With the soothing 10 music, relax with the teacher. Relaxation includes stretching ligaments, static exercises, shaking relaxation and yoga exercises.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) exercise load

The total duration is 40 minutes, the total duration of music is about 35 minutes, the estimated average pulse 130 beats/minute, and the estimated training density is 60%-70%.

Sixth, reflection.

During the class, I devoted myself to the class, taught seriously, and tried to set off the classroom atmosphere. Although it was recognized by the teachers after class, there are indeed many places worthy of my in-depth thinking and research when I reflect on this class.

First, do various exercises to warm up. The warm-up part of this class is a simple freehand exercise with music. The music has obvious rhythm and simple movements, but it is a bit monotonous. If the movements are arranged more interestingly, or some aerobics, boxing and other sports in the gym are used to warm up, I think this kind of pedal class will be richer and more substantial, and it will also be welcomed by students.

Second, give students free time to practice. This period of time can cultivate students' autonomous learning, encourage students to communicate and learn with each other when encountering difficult movements, and actively ask questions from teachers, which is conducive to improving students' learning attitude and classroom quality.

Third, enrich the content of quality exercises. This class is to practice students' strength through unarmed movements, which is rather boring. You can do exercises with various instruments in the future (such as dumbbell exercises, rubber band exercises, small sandbag exercises, etc.). ).
