2.Ctrl+J, do this 6 times. You get six repeated layers. Click the move tool in the toolbar to move the Z word of each layer to a different position and to the upper right, one farther than the other, and reduce the opacity of each layer.

3. Window-Animation-Create 27 new frames (more or less). Selecting one layer (or two layers) for each frame means showing the eyes in front of these layers and hiding the eyes of other layers by clicking.

4. Play the button (the black triangle points to the right) to test the animation, and modify it if you are not satisfied. Save it when you are satisfied. Save as animated gif format.
