Yang Xia, born in 1965, graduated from hunan vocational college of art, and performed the dance drama Cui Cui in Xiangxi. He was once a member of the Hunan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a national first-class actor, a member of the Chinese Dancers Association, a member of the Hunan Dancers Association, a member of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the China Youth Committee and a member of the Straits Friendship Association. He used to be the vice president of Hunan Song and Dance Theatre, and now he is the deputy general manager and artistic director of Hunan Song and Dance Theatre Co., Ltd. 20 12 large-scale dance poetic drama "Warmth". Chairman of Hunan Dancers Association and Vice Chairman of Hunan Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

In the past five years, Hunan Dancers Association has combined with dancers from all over the province to create award-winning outstanding dance works such as South Wind, My Xiangxi and Dongting Luhuakai.
