Cooking steps

Wash and peel peaches, and keep their skins. Add 1200ml water to the pot to boil, add peach skin and cook until the water in the pot turns pink, then filter the peach water into a container with a filter spoon and peel the peach flesh for later use.
Second step
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the peach water and stir well to make the peach water darker. Then add 45g sugar and mix well, then add 40g ice powder and mix well. Jelly powder can also be used instead.
Third step
Slice the peaches first, then shred them, and finally cut them into Momo and put them in a bowl for later use.
Fourth step
Pour the prepared Momo into peach water with ice powder, stir it evenly again, and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The time here is for reference only.
Generally speaking, it should be refrigerated until it is solidified into jelly, and then the solidified peach jelly is taken out of the refrigerator and poured into the plate.
Step five
Cut the whole jelly into small pieces and eat it in a bowl. It's slippery and delicious, and there are fruit particles.
