1. Right-click the desktop/arrange icon/remove the check mark before "Lock Web items on the desktop".

Enter "gpedit.msc" during operation, press enter to open the group policy, select User Configuration/Management Template/Desktop/Active Desktop on the left, double-click to enable the active desktop on the right, select Disable on the opened page, and then double-click to disable the active desktop. Select Enable on the page that opens, and press OK to restart the computer.
