People lie flat on the ground and lift their feet, just like pedaling a bicycle. The point is: don't put your legs down at a 45-degree angle!
People kneel on the ground, sit up straight first. Then bend down slowly until you hit the ground.
People lie prone on the ground, with their legs bent, grasping their feet with both hands, and then pulling hard, just like a downward arch bridge.
These are all conducive to relaxation.
