First of all, in the currently opened ppt file, you need to cut the current video file and select the video file.

After selecting a video file, the Tools menu will display an option to cut the video, and click Enter.

This will pop up a window to cut the video, and you can start cutting the current video. You can drag the buttons at both ends and drag them inward.

You can see that the icon will be displayed after dragging inward, or you can directly enter the interception time.

After the screenshot video is completed, click OK to save.

Or right-click, the drop-down menu will pop up, and you can choose to edit video.
