Violent and bloody video refers to audio and video that promotes violent terror, religious extremism and ethnic division. It is illegal to spread violent and bloody horror audio and video on the Internet. Don't make, spread or own violent horror audio and video because of intention or curiosity, which will have adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the general public, especially teenagers. If you receive such information, you should actively report it and stop forwarding it. It is also illegal to forward bloody videos. According to the relevant regulations, those who produce, disseminate or illegally possess articles that propagate terrorism and extremism, if the circumstances are minor and do not constitute a crime, shall be detained by the public security organ for more than 10 and less than 15, and may be fined less than 1 10,000 yuan.

Terrorism refers to the thoughts and behaviors that create social panic, endanger public safety, infringe personal property, or coerce state organs and international organizations to achieve their political and ideological goals by means of violence, destruction and intimidation.

Article 79 Whoever organizes, plans, prepares to carry out or carries out terrorist activities, propagandizes terrorism, incites to carry out terrorist activities, illegally holds articles promoting terrorism, forces others to wear clothes or signs promoting terrorism in public places, organizes, leads or participates in terrorist organizations, and provides assistance to terrorist organizations, terrorists, terrorist activities or terrorist activities training shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Article 80 Whoever participates in one of the following activities, if the circumstances are minor and not serious enough to constitute a crime, shall be detained by the public security organ for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and may also be fined not more than 10,000 yuan:

(1) Propagandizing terrorism and extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorism and extremism;

(2) Making, disseminating or illegally possessing articles that promote terrorism and extremism;

(3) Forcing others to wear clothes and signs that promote terrorism and extremism in public places;

(4) Providing information, funds, materials, labor services, technology, places and other support, help and convenience for propagating terrorism and extremism or carrying out terrorist and extremist activities.

Article 3 Terrorism as mentioned in this Law refers to the thoughts and behaviors that create social panic, endanger public safety, infringe on personal property, or coerce state organs and international organizations to achieve their political and ideological goals by means of violence, sabotage and intimidation.

Terrorist activities referred to in this Law refer to the following acts of a terrorist nature:

(1) Organizing, planning, preparing for implementation and carrying out activities that cause or intend to cause serious social harm such as casualties, heavy property losses, damage to public facilities and social disorder;

(2) Advocating terrorism, inciting terrorist activities, or illegally possessing articles promoting terrorism, forcing others to wear clothes promoting terrorism and hang signs promoting terrorism in public places;

(3) Organizing, leading or participating in a terrorist organization;

(4) Providing information, funds, materials, labor services, technology, places and other support, help and convenience for terrorist organizations, terrorists, terrorist activities or terrorist activities training;

(5) Other terrorist activities.

The term "terrorist organization" as mentioned in this Law refers to a criminal organization composed of three or more persons who carry out terrorist activities.

The term "terrorist" as mentioned in this Law refers to those who carry out terrorist activities and members of terrorist organizations.

The term "terrorist incident" as mentioned in this Law refers to the ongoing or existing terrorist activities that have caused or may cause great social harm.

Article 120 Whoever organizes, leads, participates in or leads a terrorist organization shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and his property shall also be confiscated; Those who actively participate shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and fined; Other participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, control or deprivation of political rights, and may also be fined.

Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and commits crimes such as murder, explosion and kidnapping shall be punished in accordance with the provisions on combined punishment for several crimes.
