Fine tuning fitness
For the first time, I used walking as a way to escape. After a busy morning in the office, I found it refreshing to go out for a walk at lunch time to breathe fresh air and feel the sunshine. I find that walking on a cold night is an exciting way to relieve stress.

I will never forget the feeling of getting a cold night because I walked on an abandoned street and experienced many difficult days in the hospital. I suddenly realized that I no longer felt nervous or tired. All my worries, my illness and my personal worries seem to have disappeared as soon as possible, and smoke filled my breath all night. As I entered the schedule, not only was my spirit cancelled, but my weight and blood pressure gradually decreased. I started walking to review medical literature. From the investigation and my clinical observation, as a family doctor, I found it possible to follow your path to get a healthier body, fine-tune your body and prolong your life-no matter your age.

Walking-such as swimming, cycling and running-is an aerobic exercise, which can enhance energy output and physical endurance, and increase oxygen supply to skin and muscles. This kind of exercise may be the main factor to prevent heart disease and circulatory system diseases.

Walking may be the least laborious and safest aerobic exercise, and it is the most acceptable exercise for the broadest masses of the people. Walking at a comfortable speed can improve the working efficiency of the cardiopulmonary respiratory system and stimulate the lungs and heart, but it is slower than most other forms of exercise.

First impressions are often lasting. In fact, if you play your own cards, you can enjoy what sociologists call the "halo effect", which means that if you actively look at the internal key in the first few minutes, the people you meet may take on everything, and all you have to do is be positive.
