Chen Ranran studied abacus mental arithmetic 12 years. At the age of seven, Chen Ranran began to study abacus in her hometown of Cixi, Zhejiang. In the fifth grade of primary school, the mental arithmetic team of PLA Army Service College came to the special examination, and Chen Ranran passed the special examination with excellent mental arithmetic results.
After more than ten years in the team, Chen Ranran studied normal primary and secondary subjects in nearby schools during the day and returned to the abacus mental arithmetic team for more than an hour of professional training at night. Every night, she has to do more than 300 addition and subtraction problems and practice the skill of "mental arithmetic". Usually, she can solve ten-digit addition and subtraction problems accurately in five seconds.
Chen Ranran studied in Wuhan No.4 High School and China University of Political Science and Law. At the same time, she is also a member of the mental arithmetic team of the former People's Liberation Army.
