Comprises 25g of Pleurotus nebrodensis, 500g of white radish, 25g of pea seedlings, refined salt, yellow wine, monosodium glutamate and a proper amount of soybean sprout soup.

Method: Wash the white radish, peel and shred it, blanch it in boiling water until it is 80% mature, take it out and put it in a big bowl;

Removing impurities from water mushroom, cleaning and shredding;
