Right-click the desktop-view? Select the large, medium and small icons.

Method 2

1. On the desktop of win 10 system, right-click and select "Display Settings".

2. Find "Zoom and Layout"-"Change the size of items such as text applications" and select the text to be displayed and the size of the items.

Method 3

Hold down the ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel, and the icons will collectively become larger and smaller.
