The first day:
Breakfast: three melon juices. This is watermelon juice, zucchini juice and cantaloupe juice.
Dinner: You can eat 1 chicken wings, 1 eggs, 1 boiled vegetables.
The next day:
Breakfast: Drink three kinds of juice. That is, apples, pears and lemons, put them together and call them three juices.
Dinner: fish 1, spinach, vegetables, eat as much as you like.
The third day:
Breakfast: three vegetable juices. It is a three-course vegetable juice made by squeezing cucumber, cabbage and tomato.
Dinner: chicken breast 1 and two halves, lettuce platter. You can eat any lettuce you like, but avoid potatoes and carrots with high starch content. Besides, you can eat a guava, which is low in sugar.
The fourth day:
Breakfast: three bean soup. It is a soup made of mung beans, red beans and black beans. Please note that adzuki beans and red beans are different. You can buy them at the whole grain store.
Dinner: You can eat lean meat 1, corn and white toast.

Lunch suggestion: eat whatever you like, but lightness is the most important. Since you really want to lose weight, if you want to eat Chinese fried chicken, or eat two lunches, you will fail.
