In ancient China, there was a method of getting gas, as the name suggests. The cultivation method of convincing and breaking the valley is a Taoist method that Taoism has always attached importance to. Opening Taoist books, there has been a legend that Taoist priests were persuaded to break the valley since the Han Dynasty, and there are many imitators. The Seven Signs of Cloud has been published for 60 years, and The Book of Zhong Xin Jing in Zhongshan says: "The husband seeks longevity, the grain is the ancestor, the gate of the grain is the foundation of loyalty, the principle of loyalty, and fasting is the first." The highest realm of a monk is four realms: no food, no boredom and no thoughts. This realm is called immortality. Ordinary people are acquired organisms, and the systems of respiration, digestion, circulation, internal reproduction, urinary system and nervous system are the normal operation of physiological mechanisms to maintain life. People who practice Buddhism actually change the functions of several major systems of the human body from the acquired physiological operation mechanism to the innate physiological operation mechanism, that is, into natural inaction, and the laws of the human body are no longer limited by physiological conditions. I'm afraid we modern people can't achieve the above state! However, Taoist thought is still worth learning. Although we can't reach the state mentioned above, we can learn from it, help it keep fit, keep fit, lose weight, detoxify and maintain beauty ... this is the highest embodiment of modern Taoist thought!
Zongyuan's health care record: "To avoid miscellaneous grains in a short time, so that the viscera can rest and purify for a long time, and at the same time avoid the interference of various negative information, energy and magnetic fields, so as to achieve dual purification of body and mind and upgrade to the health care realm of harmony between man and nature. This is also an interpretation of the health care realm, indicating that through the practice of health care, physical and mental health and longevity can be achieved."
