Seriously, I am really embarrassed to receive such a private letter, because I have been a mother myself, and my focus is on my family. All my friends know how wonderful my life was before I got married (laughs), except for the formal teacher job that everyone envied.
At other times, I also received private school students' dark piano teaching (extra income), so my monthly salary really envied my friends around me.
Although I am already super busy, I still insist on making time to go out and chat with my friends and have some fun (fooling around), secretly saying that I often talk like this and then … it's dawn!
Then, because I am single, I like to go abroad to see a different world in winter and summer vacations!
Finally, I even got a full scholarship from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and gave up my stable teaching job to pursue my doctoral dream in the United States! Although it was finally abducted by fat!
However ..... all this changed after I became a mother. I gave up my dream of being a doctor and became a full-time mother. My glamorous appearance has become the appearance of the following aunt, living a full-time mother life that I wouldn't know if I didn't be a mother.

In fact, I want to be a really busy mother who knows how to take care of children and housework! Of course, the dream I once pursued was forgotten first (because I really wanted to, but I couldn't), although I often looked at my bulging belly eagerly and made up my mind to exercise according to three meals a day (that was Zhuang Xiaowei's oath line XD). But he said to himself, "Forget it, I really don't have time to exercise, I really don't have time to practice the piano, I really don't have time to blablabla" … and so on.
In this way, day after day, year after year, time passes quietly; Until a while ago, I was really shocked. If I go on like this, I am really not the energetic goat girl I used to be! Really nothing like me! So make up your mind to change yourself. Besides taking care of children and families, we should also try to add piano practice (dream) step by step and plan the practice time; Just as Pang Ba said: The way is conceived by people, and the time is planned. Only what you want to do and what you don't want to do can't be done, and some are just making excuses!

Think about it. I used to make excuses for myself. "It's tiring and busy to send Xiao Pang to school", "I don't have time to cook three meals" and "I don't have time to write articles and take pictures", but in fact I have to deduct the time when I slip my mobile phone and giggle. Actually, I still have a lot of time to make good use of! (But the mother just thinks it's good to slide the phone in a daze ~ Let it go ~ Relax ~ Ah! ), so one night after careful review in the living room, I made the following changes to share with you. 1. Make good use of the calendar to plan your time.
I have been used to using calendars since high school. Even now that my mobile phone has a convenient calendar, I am used to writing. Pangpang is over three years old now. Besides taking part in extracurricular activities, there are also some extracurricular activities, such as ballet classes, physical education classes, football classes and chorus classes. I used to write down the approximate time, but I didn't particularly think about it, but I had to break it down to other times to do my own thing. But this time, I spent several nights carefully writing down the fixed daily schedule, and then figured out in my mind how to grab at least two hours of free time for myself in the busy daily schedule.
For example, I want to find time to practice the piano and exercise. I can't do these two things until Xiao Pang falls asleep in the middle of the night. I will use Xiao Pang to go to school, or Xiao Pang to go to the sports center to go to physical education class, so I will jog outside or practice the piano at home. Basically, I will measure the amount of exercise and practice time before making adjustments, but the time for doing these two things is basically fixed because it has been planned in the calendar.
At other times, like when I usually want to write something and take pictures, I will write a little after I fall asleep every day. Of course, this does not include that I often lie with her and go straight to sleep! Then, the arrangement of cooking three meals, which makes housewives feel very complicated, I will now think about what to do next week on Sunday, then write it down and paste it on the refrigerator, and then buy all the dishes in advance (in America, almost all the dishes are bought for a week at a time), so that I don't have to waste time just thinking about cooking that day as before!
After planning your own time, you must go all out to implement it without any excuses.
Believe me, when it comes to exercise, I am lazier than you think, which is why it took me three years to really start exercising! Practicing the piano is my profession and my interest. Even if I am not forced to rush me, I will take the initiative to practice the piano. But exercise is really ... so weak! However, we all said we would move. Plus, Uncle Pang spent a year eating healthily and exercising regularly, and he changed from a broken hundred pounds to a handsome guy of 70 pounds.

This made me realize that I can't go on like this! Therefore, I started the habit of healthy eating and regular exercise.
At present, I have set myself a goal of healthy eating and regular exercise for 90 days, and then I will share the results with you. Now I am slowly falling in love with the feeling of sports!
3. Make progress and check it regularly.
Take myself as an example. The first goal I gave myself was to lose weight healthily. As I said just now, I give myself 90 days to review the results. Then, I slowly fixed the time for practicing the piano. I chose a few songs for a concert, but all music learners know that it really takes more than half a year for each song to refine its musicality and skills before it can reach the stage level. For example, except for holidays, I can only concentrate for one hour at most every day (no one bothers me), and it is impossible to "practice" the whole song in this hour. I can refine the music and skills of a page of music.
That's why I said that it really takes more than half a year to prepare for a concert, and it will be completed in half a year. I think it is necessary to practice at least 8 hours a day (it is impossible for me at present). So I said we must set a goal, instead of doing a little here and a little there aimlessly, which would be very chaotic and confused.
4. Be sure to find ways to enrich yourself, keep yourself in a "ready" state at all times, and move forward with your dreams whenever you have the chance.
The last point I want to express is that although we are already mothers, I also know that being husband and wife is one of our responsibilities, but times are really different now. Almost everyone has been to college, and everyone once had dreams and ideals. Who said that after becoming a mother, you really have to give up everything to be a good wife and mother?
I firmly believe that everyone must have endless things to do every day, just as I thought it would be easier for me to be a little fatter, but the result is not at all. When children get older, they have different busyness. He will take her to school, take her to school, take her outdoors to get in touch with herself, cook three meals at home (because Pangba works at home), play with Pangpang, read stories, take a shower and sleep.
I still have time to write, take photos, practice piano, exercise, study recipes, bake, do hair accessories and run my own fan club. Do you think I have 48 hours a day? (I hope so ...) Although I sometimes feel really busy and want to shout loudly, in order not to be trapped by negative emotions and not to focus on my family and children, I still force myself to start exercising and start picking up my dreams bit by bit.
Race against the clock every day and force yourself to find time to enrich yourself, so that even under the busy family life schedule, you should always be in a state of "ready" and you can move forward towards your dreams whenever you have the opportunity. Instead of suddenly having an opportunity one day and finding yourself too strange!
Just as I know now that I can't go back to my doctoral class (after all, Pangpang is only over three years old at present), I still try to find a professor in a nearby university and regularly check and accept the results of my piano practice. Then he was appreciated by fate and was invited to attend a piano seminar in Colorado for 10 days at the end of May.
