In fact, everyone knows the simplest rule of losing weight, which is nothing more than: keep your mouth shut and open your legs. But in fact, there are a lot of tricks in it, so we should pay more attention.
First: it is more important to keep your mouth shut than to open your legs. Maybe you walk tens of thousands of steps a day, or run ten kilometers a day, but after exercise, a pack of instant noodles or a pack of snail powder can make up for the energy you just spent on hard exercise. I have a lot of experience in this field. Years ago, in order to lose three pounds, I got a membership card in the community gym. That week, I ran ten kilometers after work every night, but I didn't lose three pounds, which made people tired and discouraged. The main reason is that I had a full stomach before running, or I brought a bag of instant noodles back after exercise, but I didn't lose a pound. So shut up, shut up, shut up is very important!

Because I know that I have eaten high-calorie food, I unconsciously want to exercise more, or even if I don't exercise much, I will control my intake in the afternoon and evening. So after eating delicious food to lose weight, if you are happy, you will finally have more motivation to lose weight.
Third: drink more water during the day and drink less or no water at night. I usually drink seven or eight cups of four or five hundred milliliters of water during the day. On the one hand, strengthen metabolism, on the other hand, go to the toilet after drinking water, and exercise in disguise, killing two birds with one stone. Of course, this is on the premise that the work is not busy. If you are too busy at work, make sure you have four or five glasses of water during the day. You can get up in the morning and have a big drink on an empty stomach. I don't drink much water after seven in the evening. Basically, it is enough for you to drink water during the day, and you don't need to drink a lot of water at night, which also avoids the swelling of your face caused by drinking water at night.
? Fourth: Go to sleep with a little hunger. Actually, it says, eat less in the afternoon or evening. I eat very little at every meal now, usually in small bowls. I'd rather order more. I can eat more fruits properly, but I should also control them. It's best not to eat snacks. I couldn't lose weight years ago, largely because I bought snacks at home and wanted to eat them when I saw them, so I still didn't want to have snacks at home during my weight loss, so I had to hoard more fruits.
