If the driver of a motor vehicle has an illegal act that the goods on the vehicle exceed the approved load quality and do not reach 30%, score 3 points at a time; 3. If the total height, total width and total length of goods of trucks are not more than 4.2 meters from the ground, 3 meters and 20 meters, they may be fined below 200 yuan; 4. If the total height, total width and total length of the truck are less than 4.5 meters, 3.75 meters and 28 meters from the ground, 200 yuan will be fined 1000 yuan; 5. If the total height of freight cars is more than 4.5 meters from the ground, the total width is more than 3.75 meters or the total length is more than 28 meters, a fine of 1000 yuan but not more than 3,000 yuan shall be imposed; 6. If the total mass of truck goods exceeds the limit standards specified in Item (4) to Item (8) of Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of these Provisions, but does not exceed1000kg, it shall be given a warning; If it exceeds 1000 kg, 500 yuan will be fined for each exceeding 1000 kg, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan.

If there are many illegal acts listed in the preceding paragraph, the amount of fines for the corresponding illegal acts shall be accumulated, but the maximum amount of accumulated fines shall not exceed 30,000 yuan.

According to the provisions of Article 92 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, if the freight motor vehicle exceeds the approved load quality, it shall be fined between 200 yuan and 500 yuan; More than 30% of the approved load quality or passengers in violation of regulations, a fine of more than 2,000 yuan shall be imposed on 500 yuan. If the vehicle of the transport unit does not change after the punishment, the person in charge who is directly responsible shall be fined between two thousand yuan and five thousand yuan.
