The second is the heart. Now I insist on reciting ten Tang poems every day, saying that I am poetic and bookish. I think my temperament will change when I finish reciting Tang poems for 365 days. At least I should be a little bookish! Then there is writing. I keep a diary every day. I may not have much literary talent in my work or life, but at least I can calm down and think about deeper problems.
