2. The difference between the weight before going to bed and the weight in the morning roughly explains your nighttime metabolism. It is normal to metabolize 0.5 kg at night. If it is lower than 0.5 kg, it will continue to be very low, so find the reason.
Basal metabolism is influenced by many factors, such as age, water consumption, night sleep, three meals, exercise and so on. Slow basal metabolism indicates that the body metabolizes waste slowly and has poor detoxification ability. I can be aware of my physical condition in many ways.
3. The difference between the weight in the morning and the weight after defecation indicates your intestinal metabolic ability. Intestinal metabolism can show your digestion and defecation, so get into the good habit of getting up early and going to the toilet.
