(1) Yongquan point

3. Moxibustion for dysmenorrhea

1. Moxibustion is performed according to the mild moxibustion method of moxa stick, and three acupoints are selected at a time, each acupoint is moxibustion for about 20 minutes, and the treatment lasts for 4 days. If the pain is severe, moxibustion at Shenshu point is performed 4 times, and the treatment interval is 4 days. Generally, moxibustion is performed two days before menstrual cramps.

2. Take 4-5 acupoints at a time, light the moxa stick, and smoke and bake it back and forth on the acupoints, with the moxa stick 2-3 cm away from the skin. Moxibustion 15 ~ 30 minutes at each acupoint, once a day or once every other day.

3. Take 3 cm thick garlic slices and put them on acupuncture points, and put moxa stick moxibustion on the garlic slices. Every time moxibustion is 3- 10, change moxa cone when you feel burning skin.

4. Put a piece of ginger with a thickness of 2 cm on the acupuncture point, and put a few holes in it. Put moxa cone on ginger and choose 3-5 blood at a time. Moxibustion at each acupoint is 3- 10 once a day or every other day, and 7- 10 days is a course of treatment.
