All the diet pills sold in it are fake. Whoever produces or sells counterfeit drugs according to Article 141 of the Criminal Law shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also be fined. Whoever causes serious harm to human health or has other serious circumstances shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined.
