Eating Cooper's whole meal to detoxify and lose weight is divided into three stages.
The first stage is to change food and detoxify: for 3-7 days, eat all three meals 100 capsules, and do not eat other foods, with two liters of water a day. If you feel hungry, you can add a meal between meals, because it's just people, three or five packs a day, eat less and eat more meals.
The second stage is to resume eating: three meals a day for three days, the whole meal 100 capsules, with fruits and vegetables in the middle, and chew slowly to avoid hurting the tender stomach after detoxification.
The third stage of consolidation and conditioning: insist on 1-2 meals (breakfast or dinner) every day.
