Leg and ankle exercise 1 Sit on the bed with your legs straight, put a round towel on the toe of your right foot, and pull the towel with both hands. Change your left foot after ten times and repeat the same action.
Leg and ankle exercises 2. After the toes are tilted, straighten your right leg, then pull it with a towel and change your feet to practice. Do 6 ~ 8 times on each foot as a group, and do 1 ~ 3 groups of exercises on each foot.
