Ipoh also likes radishes very much. Buy another carrot, a corn, two tomatoes, and prepare a cold tomato to relieve the heat. Looking back at the bitter gourd, I decided to buy another bitter gourd, because I heard that bitter gourd was on fire, and I just felt very angry recently. Buy a root and light it at home.

When you get home, the first thing to do is to get the ribs up first, because if the ribs soup is nutritious and delicious, you have to stew the bones first.

Ingredients: sparerib 1 root, carrot 1.5 root (the remaining half is going to buy some crystal sugar and soak in red vinegar at night), carrot 1 root, and corn 1 root.

Ingredients: bitter gourd 1 piece, 35 dried peppers, 2 cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger.

Today, my family cooked a good lunch. Before eating, I put a bowl of hot sparerib soup on Ipoh. This is a good thing. Followed by radish, the sweetness of white radish has almost been cooked, which is delicious and has the feeling of eating potatoes, but it still has no taste of potatoes, and carrots are cooked a little soft. Ipoh, who usually likes carrots, doesn't eat a bite now. Almost all the carrots are contracted by me.

After being cut into small pieces, the corn cooked with ribs still feels better than boiled corn. It's oily and fragrant, and it retains the sweet taste of corn, which is very good, especially when it's just out of the pot. Take a bite first, the soup on the corn is accompanied by the taste of corn. Cool!

Next is the cold tomato. In fact, I thought Ipoh should like this dish very much at first, but after cooking it, I found that Ipoh didn't watch it at all. I told him that ketchup was made of this, and she ignored me. I told her I put sugar in it, but she still ignored me. I found that I thought too much. Children who love ketchup and sugar are not so easy to fool.

So I ignored her and ate it myself. This is not so much a vegetable as a fruit, because it feels like eating fruit. Since Ipoh didn't eat it, I got started directly.

Actually, this dish tastes sour and sweet. The sour taste of tomatoes is not very heavy, just a faint one. I feel that this sour taste is too sour if it is a little more, and it will be tasteless if it is less. After pickling with white sugar, almost all its advantages are aroused, and the sweetness is mostly, but the sour taste is completely suppressed, which is particularly comfortable.

The last bitter gourd, with garlic, Jiang Mo and pepper, is delicious. First, the entrance feels bitter, and then the arrival of various fragrances such as garlic. After chewing slowly with bitterness, it is more delicious, because it is followed by a very special fragrance, which I can hardly describe. I suspect that this should be the so-called "sweetness".

I slipped a piece into Ipoh's mouth. Unexpectedly, Ipoh almost threw up, and I was too scared to be presumptuous.

It's good to drink a bowl of sparerib soup after dinner. The essence of so many ingredients is in it. As the saying goes, eat meat for three days and drink soup for seven days.

I laughed and joked with Ipoh. I said, after we eat today, we don't have to eat for seven days, okay? Ipoh told me foolishly, okay.
