What made you fall in love with yoga?
The experience from beginner to yoga instructor really makes people feel that once they get in touch with yoga, they can't stop at all. Yoga will help us to correct posture, sleep, relax and release stress in the early stage of practice, which is very suitable for escaping from the workshop to find a balance between body and mind on the yoga mat when the work is overwhelmed. I used to work until I had a splitting headache every day, and my head was in a state of stagnation. So I turned off my cell phone and left my overtime colleagues to practice in the yoga studio next door to my unit. An hour later, I regained my spirits and went on working. Yoga gives people a great feeling. Because I like the sense of balance brought by yoga, I keep practicing every day, which makes me deeply fall in love with it. If you don't practice every day, you feel that your life is missing, your whole body is numb, and you can't feel the sensitivity and transparency of your body, so no matter how busy you are, you will find time to go to the yoga studio. After a long time, I systematically studied Hata. With the improvement of practice, I systematically studied Flow and Yin one after another, and began to practice at home by myself. As long as I want to practice, I can do one or two simple movements. Finally, I worked as a yoga instructor for two or three years. My classes were always expected by the students, and the class was always full. I am really happy to share my feelings with the students while practicing yoga, so that everyone can enjoy the happiness brought by yoga together. You have no idea how beautiful yoga is until you start practicing yoga for more than a year.
